Our Policies

We have committed our company to donate a portion of our sales profits to two separate organizations that help women and children. One organization helps assist women and children escape domestic abuse by housing them and teaching women skills as well as helps them get back on their feet to be able to take care of themselves. The second organization is to help women that have recently been released from incarceration. These women are taught skills and are housed while they gain steady employment so that they can make a life on their own without assistance. These organizations have a great place in my heart and it is the very least we can do to help our sisters in this world. 

We cherish our customers and nature. We never test on animals and there are no animal derivatives in our bath products. All of our are bath products are Vegan friendly and free of Parabens, Pthalates and any other harsh chemicals. We only use gentle environment friendly ingredients.  We are committed to creating quality products that are reasonably priced.

All orders are made custom just for you, so you will not be getting anything off the shelf. It takes about 3 days before we ship. 1 day to make and dry your items, the next day for wrapping and then shipping. We work regular business hours Monday-Friday. All orders of 3 or more bath bombs will receive an upgrade to Priority Mail shipping. This means your package will come with a tracking number and insurance. The tracking is United States Postal GPS Coordinates tracking, so they can let you know exactly where it is during the trip to you and when it is out for delivery. All First Class mail has GPS Coordinates Tracking as well; however, there is no insurance. 

Refund Policy

If there are issues due to a mistake on La Bonita Petra's part, we will be happy to correct the issue. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as opened bath bombs, sugar scrubs, bath salts.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our negligence.  All orders that are delivered via United States Postal Service Priority Mail will come with GPS coordinates tracking, and insurance. If there are damages to the package, please take pictures so that they can be submitted for reimbursement.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
